Time has flown again and another newsletter is here!
Speaking of flying – our new additions to the vineyard do not. We also have news on an upcoming event in December and the Christmas Trio specials return to our shop for another season of gift-giving.

For those new to Pressing Matters we run a Wine Club which includes museum, current, pre-release and Members’ Only wines. Just like the budburst above – here is our newly sprouted Pressing Matters Wine Club Spring 2018 Selection.
Very proud to write about our recent trophy and gold medal successes in the 2018 Australian Pinot Challenge and the Royal Hobart Wine Show (trophy for the Most Successful Tasmanian Exhibitor). See here for more details (and let’s not forget the winner of the Name the Puppy competition!)
It’s been a long time between drinks (as they say)…

We have our third and final lucky winner in our Mystery Object competition. Congratulations to Rodney from WA!
So what was it, you ask? Here he is in his full glory and we love him in the Tasting Room because he keeps our wine fresh as a daisy! It’s Pungo – an argon-based wine preserver and pourer in one.
And yes, he comes in different shades….Thank you for the entries – particularly loved the “dusting or smoking device,” “teapot or coffee machine” and the “I will call it an object that helps the wine makers help make amazing wine!!! …..I don’t know what it is, but it is shiny and red and I like it.”
I love it too because it matches my oven!
Cheers, and hope to hear from you at our next competition.
The latest Competition has two winners so far (Anthony and Courtney from Victoria) so I’m looking for the third and final person to win a bottle of their choice from our range…..
What’s the competition? It’s to email me and tell me what the mystery object is – go to our home page and scroll down to the Latest Blog Posts to see the featured picture , or better still have a look at our recent newsletter .
