No, Pressing Matters has not moved to Tanzania, but these sweet creatures are literally across the road from us at Zoo Doo Wildlife Park, Richmond, along with lions, tigers and meerkats!  However, my favourites are the marmosets.

Another sweet thing is the recent release of our Tasting Pack (currently set at a special price) which makes a fantastic Christmas present or any- occasion gift. Start your shopping early –  only 8 weeks to go.

Delightful Decadent Dessert

2010 R139 with Cold Caramel Souffle

Fabulous Cold Caramel Souffle from Churros Cafe, Island Markets in Hobart paired with the 2010 Riesling R139.

A taste-off between the 1988 Chateau Climens and the R139 had the 2010 R139 in front as a lighter, fresher dessert wine than the  Climens (a great wine in its own right).

Good Food Review – 2012 Pressing Matters R9 Riesling

This is a blinder of a riesling, with a powerful fragrance of kaffir lime leaf and great intensity in the mouth, allied with great delicacy. It has nine grams per litre of sweetness, but barely tastes off-dry, thanks to vibrant acidity. The palate is juicy, energetic and very long. 10 per cent alcohol.
